How billing works
You pay at the start
Choose a plan and how often to pay. You pay securely through Flutterwave, in naira or dollars.
It renews automatically
At the end of each period (7 days, a month, 3 months or a year) your plan renews at the same price, until you cancel.
Cancel anytime
End your subscription in the app, under Switch / Manage Plan. Nothing more is charged, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Changing plan
To move to another plan, end your current one; when its period ends, choose the new plan.

Pricing questions
Which plan should I choose?
If you want to build a listening habit, Basic is enough. If your goal is to speak, choose Core: unlimited guided conversations and 3 AI tutor sessions a day. Choose Immersion for an unlimited tutor, TCF practice and certifications.
Does the 7-day plan renew?
Yes. The 7-day plan renews every 7 days at the same price until you cancel. If you only want to try MotFloow for a week, end the subscription in the app before the 7 days are over; you keep access until then.
What does “unlimited” mean?
There are no daily limits on those features. A fair-usage cap applies only to protect the service from abuse; normal learners never reach it.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable, except in the cases described in our Refund Policy (for example, a duplicate charge) or where the law says otherwise. You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card, bank transfer and the other methods Flutterwave offers in your country. Prices are shown in naira (₦) or US dollars ($).
What happens to my progress if I stop paying?
Your account and progress stay. You go back to the free features, and everything is there when you choose a plan again.
